Training session and parent meeting June 9:
All 2021-22 players who have re-registered for the Fall or are thinking about it are asked and strongly encouraged to attend!
When: Thursday June 9, 6:00-7:30
Where: La Vista Field #1
What: For the kids, meet new coaches Ali Sodal and Erin Schneiderhan, and our existing staff, for some workouts so you get to see their style and they get to know you!
For the parents, Board members and staff will be there to answer questions about the upcoming season.
Key items:
– Tryouts will start next week for birth year 2011 teams. Times to follow. This Thursday is not an official tryout session for those players.
– With the new MultiSport Complex opening this Fall on the west side of La Vista, expect many of our home games to be on the new turf fields there. We also hope to get more home games for the younger teams at least at the current Sports Complex early in the season.
– SocctoberFest may be using the MultiSport Complex for some brackets as well, which may give us the opportunity to expand the tournament a bit and keep growing the club.
