We are excited to announce that Union Omaha will be a sponsor for the 2021 Wolves’ Socctoberfest tournament.

To celebrate the TENTH YEAR of Soccotberfest (“I’m not cyring, you’re crying.”), we wanted to do something big! And partnering with the first-place BUHOS was a no brainer. For their commitment to building the local soccer community, and to show local kids that you CAN realize your dreams of being a professional soccer player.

For those unfamiliar, Union Omaha is the eleventh club to play in League One and the only professional soccer team in the state of Nebraska. UO plays its home matches at Werner Park in Sarpy County. The club is led by Head Coach Jay Mims on the field and President Martie Cordaro and GM Peter Marlette in the front office.

So what does this mean for this year’s tournament?

Union Omaha players and coaches will have a heavy presence for both the girl’s tournament and boys tournament on each of the separate weekends. SocctoberFest for Girls will be Oct 22-24, and Boys’ weekend will be Oct 29-31. All games at the La Vista Sports Complex.

Aside from meet and greets with players and staff, Union players will also lead instructional drills and exhibitions of skill.

2020 clubs that participated in Socctoberfest

Boasting 140+ teams, Socctoberfest is one of the biggest tournaments in the Midwest and the biggest tournament in the state of Nebraska. Over the course of both weekends, 20,000+ people will come to the La Vista Sports Complex to watch or play soccer.

In 2020 we had a total of 43 clubs send at least one team to Socctoberfest. In 2019 we had 42. So far in 2021 registrations, have already exceeded each of the last two tournaments.

There may be 20,000 people, but there is only one YOU!  And, your team.

Spots are limited so apply today via this link, we’d love to see you—> https://socctober.tourneycentral.com/
