My child is born in…
2017 or later (Under-6 or younger):
There are no league options for players in this age, so Wolves offers “in-house” programs with training and scrimmages against other Wolves players of similar ages. There are no set team rosters, just age group training and dividing up into squads as necessary for friendly scrimmages. Registration is seasonal for each segment below.
- Fall or Spring – join our Start Soccer program for outdoor training at the La Vista Sports Complex
- Summer: join our S.O.S. (Soccer Over the Summer) program
- Winter: join our Winter Academy program for indoor training from mid-November through mid-March
2015 or 2016 (U7 and U8):
Players in this age range are encouraged to join the Wolves Academy program. This is an annual commitment (July to June) with pro-rated registration available for those joining in mid-season. No Tryouts – No Cuts. All are welcome until rosters are full!
Players wanting to “try before you buy” in these age groups are welcome to register for Soccer Over the Summer or Winter Academy before signing up for Fall or Spring teams.
- Fall and Spring – one team practice per week, one “age group” training session (all players of similar age), and weekend games in the Nebraska Recreational Soccer League or Nebraska Alliance Soccer League.
- Summer training and friendly scrimmages as determined by the coach (and by player vacation plans).
- Winter training and other indoor activities, determined on a team by team basis.
- Participation in local tournaments or festivals, depending on age appropriate offerings.
2013 or 2014 (U9-U10):
Players in this age range are also encouraged to join the Wolves Academy program. This is an annual commitment (July to June) with pro-rated registration available for those joining in mid-season. No Tryouts – No Cuts. All are welcome until rosters are full!

2011 or earlier (U11-U19):
Wolves Select Teams in these ages are formed by tryouts. You must go through the tryout process or be evaluated by a coach before an offer is made. This is an annual commitment (July to June, or July to February for High School age players) with pro-rated registration available for those invited to join in mid-season. HIGH SCHOOL AGE TEAMS WILL NOT PARTICIPATE IN CLUB OR LEAGUE ACTIVITIES DURING THE HIGH SCHOOL SOCCER SEASON.
- Fall and Spring – one to two team practices per week, one “age group” training session (all players of similar age), and weekend games in the Nebraska Alliance Soccer League or the National Competitive Soccer League.
- Summer training and friendly scrimmages as determined by the coach (and by player vacation plans).
- Winter training twice a week.
- Participation in up to two tournaments per season (Fall & Spring) – usually one tournament hosted by Wolves each season and one other local or travel tournament.
